The most coveted beauty titles when it comes to international pageant competitions are Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss Earth, and Miss International. The Miss International pageant is part of the Big Four international beauty pageants and was established in 1960. The first edition was held at Long Beach, California, United States. This was also the same venue where the first edition of the Miss Universe pageant took place on stage in 1952. It was in 1959 when it moved to Miami Beach, Florida. International 1962- An Australian model and beauty queen who won Miss International 1962. Verstak was born in Tianjin, China, to a Russian couple Vladimir and Valentina Verstak. They immigrated to Australia when she was ten years old and settled in Manly, New South Wales. Yoshimatsu is the founder of the Global Student Diplomacy Network.
